CSAC Ltd is an established and committed social care provider based in Essex .
We are a Professional Consultancy Service to Care Providers and other agencies and provide Proactive Support to People with Learning Disabilities and associated complex needs. The Managing Director, Sue Newell, is a registered Health Professional with over 30 year of experience in both Health and Social Care. This includes working with both adults and children, in hospital and Social care settings, assessment and treatment services and long stay hospitals. Sue has a vast experience in setting up and designing services and care packages for people with complex and mental health needs.
The company is closely managed and supported by both the Managing Director and The Area Registered Manager, Mr. Lee Coton who also has significant positive experience in this field. Our emphasis is on small focused specialist residential services, with a view to maximizing everyone’s independence toward more independent living.
We have a proven track record of supporting people from Hospital settings including those detained under the MHA and using therapies and support, to gain meaningful education , employment and social activity, and supporting people have full and meaningful lives.
All referrals will be subject to a full functional comprehensive assessment with a needs led transition to our services.
Both Sue and Lee, actively lead a team of consistent and skilled staff to develop and deliver holistic approaches that includes Risk taking and Management within proactive and developmental working care plans. Our staff team receive intensive and ongoing training and support in order to ensure that the Care Plans are working practice.
Our homes are small in occupancy, (maximum five people) but large in size and are situated in the centre of local communities. There is an emphasis on family involvement in the homes , along with input from local Community Health teams, both Learning Disability and Mental Health.
The skills, support and quality of the staff teams at all level ensure that early warning signs of deterioration in mental or physical well being prevents admission to hospital.
